This new upper stage named YZ-1S, S for Shangye(Commercial in Chinese), YZ-1S has the capacity of coasting for 6.5 hours

Actually it's the vanilla YZ-1 that can function for 6.5 hours; YZ-1B (the 1S name is from an older report) "usually have a working time of less than 1 hour" (which means it will usually be used as an apogee trim stage for polar/LEO missions, replacing the SM/SMA solid stages and used particularly for 1-2 tonne satellites where the CZ-2C cannot carry them to polar orbits right now; SAST's YZ-3 will have a similar function).
