I'm pretty sure this is a first. I can't recall there ever being more than 11 on orbit at one time. Hey Chris do we have a thread for the Soyuz launch?

NASA tv webstream just died. Is that just my end or everyone?
OK it came back, at very low quality though.

Full live updates for the final full flight day (FD10) and the return home (FD11).
Actually, FD11 is FCS check-out and RCS hot-fire(Tuesday), landing is on FD12. Maybe you thought that they would perform the FCS check-out, RCS hot-fire and late inspections on the same day?

There was a suspected fire in the Russian SM. A strange smell was detected. Pavel was wearing a protective mask.
Any more info?

Not sure this will happen as announced based on the situation on the ISS right now...

Yes, KSC only on Wednesday...the ascent entry flight director, Steve Stich, will discuss the landing opportunities and philosophy after he gets off shift tomorrow in the mission status briefing...currently scheduled for 8 am Eastern tomorrow (Tuesday).

What would the approximate altitude be on that ground track over Cuba and are there any overflight issues? I'm assuming that speed and altitude are sufficient enough to not even have to worry about overflight issues if there were any. Obviously at some altitude everything above would have to be considered international airspace, right?

The shuttle is > 60K while near KSC. It is much higher over Cuba
