Blagovest arrives at launch site
Blagovest №12 satellite leaving ISS-Reshetnev’s facilities
The telecommunications satellite Blagovest №12, designed and built by ISS-Reshetnev Company, has been safely delivered to its cosmodrome in Baikonur.
The Blagovest №12 satellite, accompanied by ISS-Reshetnev specialists, made its journey to the cosmodrome to begin final preparations for launch. All the necessary operations and check-outs are due to begin soon.
Blagovest №12 is a heavy-class satellite based on ISS-Reshetnev’s largest Express-2000 platform. The satellite is equipped with a payload which was also designed and built by ISS-Reshetnev Company. Blagovest №12 is intended to provide high-speed internet, data communications, television and radio broadcasting, telephony and videoconferencing services.

Missile with military satellite launched from Baikonur
