Possibility: the subsatellite of Kosmos 2521 is Kosmos 2523?

So Stan, would you agree with the following figures:

Cosmos-2455 = 14F138 SN801 = Lotos-S#1
Cosmos-2502 = 14F145 SN802 = Lotos-S#2
Cosmos-2524 = 14F145 SN803 = Lotos-S1#1

20 years ago Igor Lissov quoted me as saying that the Russians were trying to confuse us to death with their different satellite naming systems.

They are still at it!!!!!

Not from Stan but if Lotos-S #1 = 14F138, why is Lotos-S #2 14F145?   I thought that 14F145 was the operational series, Lotos-S1 (well, that's the latest name anyway!).

The only references to №802 is as 14F145, or satellite ‘L-S’.

14F145 №803, №804 and №805 are from a new contract. So there could be improvements introduced. Contract number is №З/2/1/11-14-ДОГОЗ.

Lotos-S #1 = 14F138 is a proto flight model used for on orbit testing, but will also used operationally until the rest of the constellation launches.
