As we reach the end of the day, I wanted to give you a quick update on where things currently stand. As we continue preparing for Hurricane Irma, we are also continuing with tomorrow’s launch operations for the X-37B on board a Falcon 9--our “window” opens at 10 a.m. While we focus on our mission and work to protect our base assets we must also make sure we are taking care of each other and preparing our homes and families for the pending storm.

With that in mind, I am working closely with state and county officials and have an open and ongoing dialogue regarding the storm's progress and whether an evacuation order will become necessary.

In the meantime; stay safe, be ready, take care of your families...we are GO for launch!

Three hours until the opening of the window. Likely to be about three opportunities in the window, based on F9 recycle and launch requirements, I was told.

Going by the Youtube countdown clock, fuelling should be starting now, at T-60 minutes. Haven't got any word confirming that though.
