Apologies for the stupid question, but are they launching from sea to still drop debris on land?
If you look at the JSLC launches the drop zones were always slightly to the west of the launch site, does the sea location really make that significant of a difference that the debris avoid Jiangsu and land safely in the sea?

There are reports that the launch is going to a 45 degrees inclination orbit, so the launch direction would be to the south-east.
Are there drop zones related notices around Japan?

Been looking for both notams and notmars but so far only the zsha notam is related to the launch

"WEI" is the name of a sponsor, a Chinese automobile brand. (
source)
Not sure if this also designates a type of CZ-11 rocket, as the thread title suggests.

Clearest view of the "Chinese rocket barge" so far:
https://twitter.com/LaunchStuff/status/1135768371646160896So a barge eh? I'm not surprised that the Chinese have changed their plans (if interpreted correctly) and it makes much more sense than modifying a 10000 tonne container ship. I guess OCISLY & JRTI might have provided some ideas to them.

They can afford to written off an old barge with minor modifications. A 10000 tonne container ship not so much if there is an unscheduled RUD event.
Along with how you remotely control said ship without a crew so that the the ship is stabilized enough to launch an orbital rocket. Quite sure it is doable, just how much it will cost. With the barge, in theory you could order up the equivalent marine propulsion units that SpaceX uses and clone something similar to the SpaceX ASDS barges.
I always wonder why they choose such a small ship originally for orbital rocket launch. Since it would been easier to maintain station and provide stability with a larger ship. Plus you can pour concrete over the deck to handle the erosion issue from the rocket exhaust.
