Here a summary of the ingress procedure:
Once the Harmony Hatch is open:
- Vestibule Outfitting: Installation of air ducts and removal of equipment needed to bolt Dragon in Place.
- Removing MLI ("multi-layer insulation") from the hatchway and 2fish and set up of the tools for the procedure.
- Before openning Dragon's Hatch ,the 4 CPA ("Control Panel Assemblies") are removed and Dragon is connected to ISS Data and Power Systems via redundant jumpers.
- Once the two Hatches are open, wearing protective mask and glasses, the crew perform Air Sampling as part of initial ingress operations and they inspect the interior of the capsule for any damage or FOD ("Foreign Object Debris").
- Then, the air inside Dragon is assessed, before MCC-H gives a GO for Dragon ingress.

What is the comparison with the opening to be used with PDA-2/3 moved to accommodate Crewed Commercial capsules? how will that effect CRS-2 cargo shipments?

how will that effect CRS-2 cargo shipments?
Based on other posts, the refurb Cargo Dragons will continue to deliver supplies and be berthed. Crew Dragons will be mostly crew and some cargo that will fit and will dock.
Crew Dragons may be refurbed if NASA and SX decide there is a need.
