Looks like things are cooking up at the Western Pacific coast - the next Japanese spysat has been confirmed to fly on March 16 with the standard launch period of 01:00 - 03:00 UTC.

I don't read Japanese, but going by the symbols and numbers, the weather forecast for Tanegashima appears to be acceptable during the launch window. Am I correct?

This is a weather related delay. So no 2-launches-in-1 special with F9......

Weather forecast:
http://space.jaxa.jp/tnsc/tn-weather/data/weekly.gif
JST = UTC + 9:00
We can see the forecast for the former and new launch windows.
