  I hope, ISL clients don't get confused by this logo and are aware that their satellites have been launched in the opposite direction.

  I suspect the separation has been preprogrammed into the Fregat mission before it became known that there will be a no show for these sats, and so it was decided that last-minute program change is not such a great idea.

  Yes, rewriting and rechecking of flight program would delay the launch to 2019, so dummies of three SAMSON and one ICEYE were separated from Fregat.
