If the Kanopus-V # 5 and #6 s/c will operate as members of a constellation with the other previous Kanopus satellites in SSO:

Then can a deduction be made as to where in the constellation these new s/c will be placed?

And therefore, a launch window?

Helios Wire are launching a satellite on this flight, probably called Helios Wire 3.

https://spacenews.com/helios-wire-sees-a-hidden-fortune-in-finding-lost-assets/

"Helios is preparing to launch its first satellite in October on a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket. The firm’s previous attempt to send a satellite into orbit in November 2017 was unsuccessful because it was riding on a Russian Soyuz-2.1b rocket that failed. Helios plans to send another satellite into orbit on a Soyuz in December and a third on a February Soyuz flight."

SC "Kanopus-V" number 5 and number 6.  Works at the spaceport are on schedule.

At the Vostochny cosmodrome, work continues on preparing the spacecraft for remote sensing Kanopus-V No. 5 and No. 6 for launch.

By now, the electrical tests of both spacecraft have been successfully completed, in the framework of which VNIIEM specialists checked the work of the service equipment and the payload.  No comments were made on the functioning of the onboard spacecraft equipment.

Successfully conducted tests on the disclosure of solar cells and their illumination.

At present, final operations are being carried out on the mechanical and electrical assembly of the spacecraft.
