I think that is both likely and unlikely (I should have been an economist...).

Actually I lean towards "unlikely" for these reasons:-

Unlikely:

- They would probably split it to avoid mixing investment/shareholding/revenue streams
- The moving of IPR implies asset shifting, to separate the assets and liabilities more cleanly
- Both imply they are raising money again

Likely:

- VG as the holding co. is easy to enact
- maybe just to make the accounting/management roles easier to understand
