How do you know? AFAICT the YouTube hosted stream is showing only elevator music and the YouTube technical feed hasn't started at all.

Just to remind everybody:

This will mark the 29th Falcon 9 launch since its debut in 2010, the 9th use of the Full Thrust configuration, and the third Falcon 9 launch from Vandenberg's SLC-4E pad. We should expect the first stage to land on the "Just Read the Instructions" droneship 7 minutes and 49 seconds after launch.

As you can see, the rocket is venting liquid oxygen via its valves and both stages are iced over due to water condensing on the cold tanks.
