Not a new thing, same people at Ames as previously on Lunar CATALYST etc. propose merge to https://forum.nasaspaceflight.com/index.php?topic=33840.80

It would be nice if NASA issued say a press release for the successful closure of Lunar CATALYST when a contract for the first lander is signed.
