Welcome back to Mission Control Houston, where NASA TV continues to provide live coverage of the undocking and descent of Soyuz MS-01 to Jezkazgan, Kazakhstan.
I'm ZachS09: your long-term commentator until the night is over.
Again, Rob Navias is the MCC PAO.

Ivanishin will have completed 280 days of spaceflight upon landing.
Onishi and Rubins, since this is their first spaceflight, will have logged 115 days.
This makes Ivanishin the most-experienced crewmember of Soyuz MS-01.

The undocking process will begin with the driving of the Orbital Module's hooks. After undocking, two departure maneuvers will be conducted to increase the departure rate away from the ISS.

About 7 minutes until the hooks will drive. This will be a 90-second process, after which springs will push the spacecraft from the Rassvet module.

Just after undocking, Anatoli Ivanishin will use two joysticks to test the Soyuz-MS spacecraft's improved thrusters.

In Jezkazgan, all pre-landing procedures are underway. They are also prepped to support a ballistic landing scenario, which recently happened with Soyuz TMA-10 and Soyuz TMA-11 in 2007 and 2008.
