There was a disconnect at some point at T-60 seconds, or a failure to disconnect. Will try and go over the recording to catch the exact issues (unless Bob beats me to it).

That has happened before with Sea Launch and other commercial launch providers.  Very annoying, to say the least.  The viewer is left wondering why.  "Are they hiding something?"  Etc.  

There are probably some real contractural or otherwise legal reasons for the video shutdown.
