Because XM announced this at the post launch party I can tell you all here that Sea Launch has the contract for the XM-5 launch. Time and date to be determined.

Yeah, I managed to record the post flight conference with Rob Peckham and the XM and Boeing guys. Will place some quotes into the current article.
