Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. and the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) decided to launch the H-IIB Launch Vehicle No. 6 (H-IIB F6) with the H-II Transfer Vehicle "KOUNOTORI6" (HTV6, a cargo transporter to the International Space Station) onboard in the following schedule.

Scheduled date of launch : October 1 (Saturday), 2016 (Japan Standard Time, JST)
Launch time : around 2:16 a.m. (JST) *1
Launch windows : Oct. 2 (Sun.) through Nov. 30 (Wed.), 2016 (JST) *2
Launch Site : Yoshinobu Launch Complex at the Tanegashima Space Center

(*1) Time will be determined by the updated orbit of the International Space Station (ISS).
(*2) The launch day and time during the launch windows shall be decided by the international coordination for ISS operations.

What is internal cargo for this flight?? And which type of resupply racks are flying?? Are there any ISS racks flying?? Are any any of the resupply racks going to be transferred into ISS this go around??

No ISPR、No system rack.　Main cargo is the ISS batteries.
Other cargo is CDRA bed and water (600L)。

And dont't forget the KITE (Kounotori Integrated Tether Experiment).

Interesting that a CDRA bed is not going up on Dragon. Usually one comes down when one goes up (isn't special mounting hardware required in Dragon due to mass?) so now a unit needs to come back. At some point, won't empty mounting equipment need to go up on Dragon?

Edit: According to the Space X 2 cargo manifest, 2 CDRA beds (and some assorted other minor hardware) weighed 298 pounds so they aren't as heavy as I thought.

Fuji how sure are you about this? What is your source?
To my knowledge 5-6 ISPR's are menifested to launch:
2 or 3 Basic Express Racks (EX-9B; EX-10B; EX-11B)
A NASA glove box, LSG (Live Science Glovebox) or MSG-2
The WSS Water Stowage System rack
And ESA's 2015-2016 contribution ACLS (Advanced Close Loop System) {HTV-7 to LAB P6}.

Could the water be launched inside the WSS? And could a BER be on the manifest.
ESA has set reported ACLS is manifested for HTV-7. I assumed WSS would share that launch.
I also expected two science racks (BER or Glovebox) on HTV-6 and HTV-8.

Are the named payloads filling all the 6mT HTV payload mass budget?
I don't think so.
Six Li-ion batteries will be close to the 1,5mT external budget.
Then there remains 4,5mT for internal payloads,
with 1mT for the WSS and 600L of water, and 500kg for the CDRA,
I'm still missing 3mT

ISS batteries loaded into KOUNOTORI6 (English)

From June 1-2, the operations for loading the ISS battery Orbital Replacement Units (ORUs) into the H-II Transfer Vehicle KOUNOTORI6 and filling the water bags were unveiled to the press at the Tanegashima Space Center (TNSC).

On the ISS, the batteries are charged with electricity generated by the solar panels and used when the ISS travels through shadow areas. Sets of nickel metal-hydride batteries made in the U.S. were used on the ISS, but given the approaching end of their service life, a new type of Japanese lithium-ion battery was adopted as the replacement.

Sets of new batteries that KOUNOTORI6 delivers are manufactured by GS Yuasa Technology Ltd, and feature a service life lasting nearly 10 years. Although 48 battery ORUs are currently used on the ISS, the new battery ORUs can provide enough power with only 24 battery ORUs.

KOUNOTORI6 will deliver six battery ORUs (each weigh 250 kg) this time, with the rest to be delivered aboard KOUNOTORI7-9. Currently, only the HTV can deliver a large number of ISS battery ORUs

Unveiling to the press included the introduction of water-filling equipment that transfers potable water to fill the water bags (Contingency Water Container Iodine: CWC-I) for delivery to the ISS.

This water-filling equipment was also used to fill a total of 600 liters of Tanegashima island water in 30 dedicated water bags that were loaded into the Pressurized Logistics Carrier (PLC) of KOUNOTORI6.

Through the delivery of batteries and water by the HTV missions, Japanese space development activities serve as the backbone of ISS operations.

One of the payloads being carried by HTV 6 will be Cuberider. This is a small platform to be installed in ISS for use by students. This will be the first Australian payload to launch into space since the RadioAstron L-Band Receiver in 2011.
