Dish Network is carrying the launch because Echostar is their bird.

Watching the radar, in 3 hours the system should have moved off to the east.  The question I have is if the band of rain that is north of Tampa right now moves NE towards Jacksonville, or moves E towards the Cape.

Looks rough.

The launch window is long though.

The rainfall has stopped at Kennedy Space Center's press site, and the moon is now visible shining through a thin deck of clouds hanging over the Space Coast.

A poll of the SpaceX launch team has verified all stations are ready to begin propellant loading.
I assume this means go for prop load for the beginning of the launch window.  Or does prop load really take an hours now?

The wx situation at present. Note what's over Tampa/Orlando progressing towards Cape Canaveral. I'd imagine we'll be violating some criteria by the time of T-0. Looks like it'll improve later in the count.

Media at the launch site. Bill Harwood calling a scrub...they all are. So 48 hour turnaround.

So it is expected that the weather will not get better throughout the launch window as right now they are only half way through the prop loading so probably would have enough for a second shot...

Totally did not just post twice in the UPDATES section when I meant DISCUSSION. WUPS... Anyways, I am kinda hoping that the media jumped the gun.

No official word from SpaceX, which seems a bit odd...

Could they be considering a new T-0 later in the window still?

I'm sure they're evaluating all options.

If that's the case then the media shouldn't be tweeting the word "scrub" yet. The second tweet he posted stated that the timer had just froze. That could just be a hold couldn't it? I would have thought that the first tweet he posted said "scrub" cause they had heard it on the radio or some other definitive confirmation.

On the spacex site on the webcast they say "Standing down on today's launch attempt due to high winds."

Happen to be on vacation in Orlando right now. Drove out with a few other brave souls from my party after a LONG (and wet) day at Disney in hopes of seeing the launch. Found a good spot in Titusville only to learn of the scrub shortly after parking. Oh well, it was an adventure. Winds were pretty strong the whole drive. We are leaving Thursday evening a few hours before new launch time. Perhaps next Orlando vacation.

??? You do realize that the backup launch date for this flight is Thursday, March 16, at 1:35 am EDT.

Like really early Thursday morning.

Following up on a suggestion from Chris B (on Twitter) to spot the number on the Falcon (really small number just about the engines), I looked for the mounting points for the legs and grid fins. Found the latter, it's a small porthole looking spot on the interstage, but not sure about the legs. Is that black dot just to the right of the "C" the location? along with a rectangular item below it?
