Some pretty deadly skyrockets! The larger missile looks to be solid fuelled and very similar to the Russian Iskander.

All of their previous of solid fuelled launches ballistic missiles are under family name Pukguksong and KN. Pukguksong-3 or yet to be publical launched KN-14??

Anatoly Zak confirms via email per sources that NK received and fired Iskander missiles. Recent RF-NK talks played a part. Not answered was if they were sent direct or via another country.
If you look at the fins, they are quite different to Iskander. The North Korean missile has a trailing edge at right angles to the body, compared to at a slant for Iskander. The launcher may have been procured from Russia, but I think the missile is likely to have been produced by North Korea.
