Wow. Mind boggling. Well, its no longer in a free fall. But is it just addressing an overdue issue ... too late?

Can't see ILS/Proton as attracting from a reusable F9 enough of a manifest, unless the Kazakh's allow more launches than on the current calendar. It's also good that the young employee's aren't going to be starved anymore.

Where does this head now?

I wonder what market the Proton will be aiming for.. second low-cost provider? Increasing quality to match Ariane's reliability? Offering some unique secondary services?
Any day with a rocket landing is a fantastic day.

I've read it, but I didn't believed that the government would allow for it to go bankrupt, either. So, it was sort of expected. I usually like Russian companies a lot. And I have the utmost respect for some of its subsidiaries, like KBKhA, KB KhIMMASH and Proton-PM. But the main Moscow factory has only made blunders since I've been following them.
