Is it correct to say that the second stage debris impact zone was in international waters, but also within Canada's claimed exclusive economic zone? I seem to recall a similar kerfuffle about a Titan 4 second stage drop zone a few years back. - Ed Kyle

The stage, which is said to have about 10% residual Hydrazine, is expected to impact an area crucial for both Russian & Canadian Innuit peoples livelihoods - it is where they go fishing & the source of fish & other hunted species.

Does anyone know how many Rockot are left ?I thought that Sentinel 5p and 2-B (to be launched this year / early 2017) were the last to be sold commercially by Eurockot, but I guess some more are left for Russian use ?
