Congratulations to SpaceX for nailing this "difficulty: advanced" landing! GTO landings might be long-term key to profitable reusability, and in that sense, lets hope that this was the first of many such landings.

Congratulations SpaceX the past two missions have gone picture perfect at ascent. Now let's start releasing some patches and stop hiding that CRS-7 patch it has been a year you can release it.

Congrats SpaceX!
I'm glad to see this one is intact, seeing the wreckage from the last 3 engine burn in person was pretty sad.
Hopefully the future is full of the opposite. More stage storage here we come!

Gratz to Spacex for a flawless launch campaign with a unexpected landing.
Can't wait to see a reuse next with another flawless launch campaign.

Congratulations spacex
What new or "experimental" process will they show us next?
There ability to experiment and improve on paying missions is impressive.

Congrats spaceX. 3 engine landing burn, just incredible. The landing software must be getting pretty foolproof by this point. Time to buy a warehouse or two for all these surplus stages.

So 3-engine landing burn is the improvement over previous landing burns?
I think they need it for heavy GTO launches like this one because it comes in so hot.

So 3-engine landing burn is the improvement over previous landing burns?
It is more necessity for certain launches than improvement.

I would just like to say thank you to SpaceX, for making all of my dreams come true tonight, thank you to NSF, for the incredible site and coverage of this historical landing, and thank you to all of the community members, for your tireless posts and entertaining enthusiasm.
The fact that SpaceX landed after this high performance delivery is evidence that they will be able to use a lot of their first stages more than once. What does this mean for the production line? Are they going to have some base number of first stages that they aim to have on hand at any given time? They can't rationally continue production of engines and stages at their current rate if they are recovering so many of them?
I guess they will try to recover some more before they alter their production rate but soon they have to decided to lay off some workers or put them to work building other space craft.
Their will soon be a glut of Falcon 9 first stages! Congratulations SpaceX!

Congrats to all involved!! Big thanks for the coverage to NSF.
OK then, one core is no more a challenge. Let's see you doing it in pairs and triplets. I bet you can't pull it off

Congrats on a nominal delivery of the payload. Look forward to hearing the performance / apogee once confirmed.
And, first hot landing. Woot!
Cheers, Martin

There will still be plenty of demand for new cores, FH alone is probably going to lose at least one on most flights and not everyone wants to/are allowed to buy used. If demand does drop off though....well, it's time for Raptor and BFS production innit

Oh yea, and awesome job SpaceX!
