There is continuous coverage of audio from the Soyuz on the ISS Streaming feed
http://www.ustream.tv/channel/live-iss-stream . This is interesting because the standard 12-15 minutes gaps of coverage for normal ISS connectivity aren't happening. That shoots yet another hole in the standard PAO "out of range of ISS coverage" clap trap used when TDRS-Z coverage isn't available due to unnamed higher priority users. Off the soap box now...
The audio is in Russian and also as standard, no translation is provided. Scott was obviously asked a question by one of the Cosmonauts about a returning item. His answer. "EMU, fan pump separator" No translation needed...

The high-rate KU-band communication ( video ect) requires a line of sight to the TDRS Satellite to work. S-Band will work otherwise, but it is much lower bandwidth and only handles voice and limited data.
