The following are planned:
MS 03   04.07.2016
MS 04   20.10.2016
MS 05   feb 2017
MS 06   2017
MS 07   2017
MUM     2018
MS 08   2018
MS 09   2018
MS 10   2018
MS 11   22.02.2019
MS 12   01.07.2019
MS 13   16.10.2019
You can read at "Plan of Russian space launches (part 2) :D
This looks more like 3.5 flights a year.

Assuming that one day both Dragon and Cygnus are capable of reliably launching on time at the first attempt, then with two series of US cargo freighters in service the need for Progress missions might well decline.   Or maybe Progress will supply the Russians and the US freighters will supply the Americans on ISS.

Only Progress can now re-fuel ISS. I don't know how fast ISS uses up this particular item, but that's always going to dictate a certain flight rate.

Or maybe Progress will supply the Russians and the US freighters will supply the Americans on ISS.

Looking at the available manifests for the US and Russian supply vehicles makes it pretty clear that the respective vehicles almost exclusively resupply the segment, and crews, they dock to.  One recent Cygnus or Dragon listed only 20 pounds of "Russian Cargo."  Listening to Cosmonaut transfer updates to the US segment after a Progress docking indicate US cargo is similarly rare on Russian spacecraft.  One interesting note during a cargo ops transfer conference today.  Most of the items were EDV-Us (yed a vay oohs) used primarily in the US and Russian toilets.  They were all stored in the FGB indicating they were Russian cargo.  Alternatively, both toilets are of Russian design and the pool of components for both may be kept in the Russian segment for "political correctness."

edit:  case in point from this Dragon mission out of 3800 pounds of pressurized cargo "Russian Hardware 72.7 lbs. / 33 kg"

It is not only Progress.
We see very little about the Russian activities onboard ISS. Photos of Russian cosmonauts are very rare. Sometimes it looks that there are only US astronauts onboard. I know for sure that are a lot of photos with cosmonauts (alone) or together with astronauts exist. NASA should publish them too.
Back to Progress: About every Dragon and Cygnus craft we see pictures of the docking. About Progress MS-02 docking I've seen none.

Three pics of the Progress MS-2 docking (posted by Jeffrey Williams).

PS remark: when answering to a post using the "quote" button, it is not possible to add pictures. I first typed my text and posted my reply, and then used "modify" button to add the pics. Can this be changed?

You need to click the "Preview" button (bottom right) rather than "Post" once you've typed your text into the quick reply box.  This brings up the full set of tools for creating posts, including the ability to attach pictures.

Didn't know it was coming down today - I thought with the delay it would stay till November.  :-X

Progress MS-02 ends its mission

Progress MS-02 departed the ISS on October 14, 2016. The undocking command was issued at 12:37 Moscow Time (5:37 a.m. EDT) and the cargo ship parted with the station a minute and a half later.

The mission control in Korolev then began deorbiting operations. The spacecraft was programmed to begin the braking maneuver at 15:50 Moscow Time (8:50 a.m. EDT) to reenter the Earth's atmosphere. According to estimates, surviving debris of the cargo ship were to impact a remote part of the Pacific Ocean at 16:39 Moscow Time (7:39 a.m. EDT).
