A post of 9ifly Chinese space forum is giving the names of Nie Haisheng, Deng Qingming and Ye Guangfu, as the crew for SZ-12.
I don't know if this is official information.
Also, the back-ups are given as Liu Boming, Chen Dong and Zhang Lu.
I think it's again a copypaste from Sergii Fedun of NK. He guessed Nie, Deng, and Ye as the SZ-12 crew and Liu, Chen, and Zhang as the SZ-13 command.

Wikipedia seems to indicate that Nie (previously flown SZ10) and Deng (never flown) is from the Astronaut selection of 1998 and Ye from the 2010 selection.
Have any other astronauts waited longer for a flight assignment than Deng (23 years!)?

Has anyone (outside of the Chinese space agency) calculated the launch time on the 17th? (assuming the station is not re-boosted between now and then)

I'd guess June 17, 01:17 UTC = 09:17 Beijing Time.

These are unofficial fittings, we should wait for such a press release soon.

Preliminary launch time, 01:17 UTC
Igor Lissov calculated later that the launch time can be at 01:21 UTC with docking in 4-5 orbits.
