Looks like they've turned her head-to wind (i.e. into the waves) and are making a bit of way using the thrusters, which should reduce the motion.

Great Job SpaceX. Got the Falcon off the pad on the 1st attempt. Looks like they are figuring out how to handle the super-chilled propellant.
