I got confirmation, that the Aoxiang-1 (http://space.skyrocket.de/doc_sdat/aoxiang-1.htm) satellite is still to be launched on the QB50 mission. So what is listed here as Aoxiang-1 might in fact be a sister satellite of Aoxiang-1.
I suppose is the Star of Aoxiang (Aoxiang Zhixing (翱翔之星)), a CubeSat-12U.
