• Another new book that I have come across on Amazon.   Has anyone seen this or bought it?
  
  The author is Larry Rogers, a name which I do not know.

• Never heard of book nor editor. However, from the table of contents it appears that this is a small collection of articles written by notable authors that are already freely available as pdf.

• Glad to help - seems a nasty trick. They are asking serious coin for some FOC papers; anyone would be spitting feathers

  I have posted a "review" on Amazon, pointing to the link for the book's contents and then pointing out that you can use Google to find the papers free of charge.    Not sure if Amazon (UK) will keep the review though!
