OneWeb plans to resume its launches from Russia:
http://russianspaceweb.com/oneweb.html#2020_0726

Several hurdles to clear before resumption of flights including a required Russian vaccination of foreign personnel because the vaccine is not yet easily available in the USA and EU. New launch dates will be announced at a later date partly as launches are to be shifted to Vostochny Cosmodrome.

What vaccine? I hadn't heard of a COVID-19 vaccine that was available yet.

If you had taken the trouble to click on the russianspaceweb  link in that post you would have read:
"the entire western personnel would have to be vaccinated against the tick-born encephalitis with a vaccine that is not available in the United State".

But instead you disturbed all the other readers of the thread with your incorrect speculation

https://spacenews.com/uk-parliament-to-scrutinize-oneweb-purchase/
Quote
A U.K. parliamentary committee said it will review the steps that led to the government’s bid for struggling megaconstellation startup OneWeb, arguing that the $500-million investment decision was rushed and jeopardizes British taxpayer dollars.

Darren Jones, chair of the Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy Committee in Parliament, said Wednesday that the decision to take a 45% stake in OneWeb appears to have been hurried through before the government could fully evaluate whether it was a smart move.

“This whole decision-making process seems unusual and doesn’t have the transparency that it requires,” he said in a video posted to Twitter. “Therefore, my committee will be holding an inquiry to understand the decision making behind this purchase.”
Standard UK politics. Government does something that Parliament didn't discuss, parliament find a way to discuss it. The end result will be split amongst party lines.
Or there could be cross-party agreement that this was a)An excellent long term investment b) A massive waste of taxpayers money.

And when did the UK convert to the $ ?

With the auction already concluding is there any way for the UK consortium to actually pull out of the deal, beyond reneging on the agreed future payments and royally pissing off their consortium partners (which is probably something the current government would have little qualm in doing, admittedly).
Or there could be cross-party agreement
Let's keep that sort of wild thinking to the New Physics sub-forum where it belongs!

Our acquisition of @OneWeb puts Flag of United Kingdom at the heart of the latest advances in space tech.

With a fleet of satellites we have the potential to connect millions of people to broadband and develop our advanced manufacturing base.

I look forward to working with Hughes in this venture

Here's the latest on bankrupt satellite company OneWeb, which the UK has promised to spend $500m rescuing: It's told a New York court that a row over its debts could kill the deal

Cross-post re: tick-borne encephalitis and vaccine:
Here is my 10 cents on resuming of OneWeb launches.

First nickel
The Siberian "tick-born encephalitis" mentioned by Anatoli Zak is NOT the same as "Lyme disease".
The first one caused by virus, the second disease is bacterial.

Second nickel
I spent several field seasons in Eastern Siberia, here is what I know from personal experience:
Anti-encephalitis vaccination is required from April to August (September? - not sure).
Outside of this period this kind of ticks is not active.
Yes, my field trips to Vilyuy and Magadan regions were LONG time ago, by I don't think ticks habits changed significantly.

Therefore, I would not expect any trouble with vaccination - for late fall and winter launches from Vostochny.

.@OneWeb's unsecured creditors argue in court motion $1.6bn in secured loans from @SoftBank, @BancoAzteca, @Airbus, @Qualcomm & @RwandaGov were disguised equity, consequently $90m cash & $100m equity in new OneWeb should go to unsecured creditors instead:

Yes. The question would be what does a company with no major assets use as security for the fat end of $2Bn?

I can see an argument that does look quite a lot like equity.

Unsurprising given original cost projections but for the records:Bankruptcy documents reveal that @OneWeb will be left with just $344m by EOY after $1bn rescue by Bharti & HMG. Will need $1.4bn in 2021 and $206m in 2022 before turning profitable in 2023.

In contrast to others @OneWeb not only has an FCC filing for a gateway in Alaska but it's actually operational. And, as the icing on the cake, OneWeb even has satellites in the right orbital plane so they do even fly over AK & Canada covering the same, though not permanently yet.

In @FCC filing from 18 Aug @OneWeb seeks authorization to transfer licenses to BidCo (@beisgovuk & Bharti each own 45.45%), says no prior approval required for market access grant but for earth station and experimental licenses, details Bharti partnership.

The actual names for the transfer are from "WorldVu Satellites Limited, Debtor-in-Possession" back to "WorldVu Satellites Limited", which is now controlled/majority owned by BidCo.

From the article:
"If we can produce two satellites a day, which is phenomenal and no other facility can do that in the world, we'll be world leaders.

I guess they missed that SpaceX is currently producing 120 satellites a month.
