So apparently this is the fairing for the NROL-55 launch......Vulcan eh?  ;)

Coincidence!  That logo is ~2 years old.

Oh, I'm not trying to indicate that this is anything but coincidence....  ;)

Anyone knows what the Latin inscription mean?

Which of these three sizes will the Atlas V accommodate for this mission? 4S, 4M, or 4L? Also, I kept looking at both Gunter's Space Page and Salo's US Launch Schedule and cannot decide whether the configuration is a 421 or a 401.

This may likely be ULA's 101st launch.

Apparently there are 13 small payloads sharing this launch. Does anyone know their names?

I know I've seen a discussion about GRACESat somewhere on this board.

401 EPF

The use of the EPF is a further clue that the payload is likely to be (as many had already suspected) a pair of Intruder ocean surveillance satellites.

Do you mean NOSS, Intruder is something different isn't it?

According to some documents that leaked a few years ago, the NOSS satellites are codenamed Intruder
