Does there exists pictures /videos of real pad aborts?
I've read there were crewed pad aborts somewhere in the eighties.

Here is footage of the Soyuz T-10A pad abort :

To the best of my knowledge, this is all the footage the Russians have ever released. All the pictures you see are stills from this video.

This is a Roscosmos documentary about the accident :

It has some cool animation, but no new footage of the accident, except for what may be some shots of the damaged pad after the accident (15:45-15:55). One does wonder why all the other video that must exist remains under wraps more than 30 years after the accident.
