I take it this thread will loosely be about space stuff.

Eutel me when you're ready to Party Thread. That way if SpaceX pulls off the second Eutelsat launch by the end of this year we can make just a slight adjustment to get

Since it's a F9 1.0, its probably still got parachutes on board (and i'll bet those are single drive Tesla Model S cars as well...oh those were the days

So do we know yet when this party gets started? Based on the last couple of folks some are saying early March now.

Well since the thread was created that means the party has started

Payload and rocket seem to be in the cape for a few weeks now, this bodes well for actually launching early March.

Once again it's been demonstrated that the best way to insure a launch delay is to make firm plans to go see it. I had finally talked my wife into the potentially grueling four hour trip from Naples with our son for a late night launch on the 27th before we flew home on the 28th, and I thought not booking a hotel would be enough to avoid a launch delay. Drat.

The good news is that the in-laws just closed on a snow-bird condo so at least we'll have a free place to stay down there.

Seems unfair to focus the party thread title so much on just one of the parties involved. So, I suggest the following:
Eutel me when you're ready to Party; meanwhile I'm Boeing to go crunch some ABS

I like the 2-3 week cadence of launches. That's something I can really get behind. With static fires in-between that provides a lot of entertainment and a steady flow of information to get my space fix.
Now, the important part is to get this out of the way so the pad abort test can happen. And that is important to get out of the way for the next CRS attempt so we can see a successful landing. It's a busy few months.
I like the comment that no legs and no grid fins is quaint. It's good to see the flexibility and the full performance being used. (Although once the FHR is flying I think these types of payloads will be on a FHR and not a F9E.) So if we are lucky we won't see too many expendable launches in a few years.
