Got to deploy the spacecraft first.

(And let's keep this for updates as a lot of people have this on notification, including me) :)

The rocket would have to be on the launch complex
Yes. The rocket for the one after this just arrived.

A document for insurance gave the order of delivery as 2/137, 42/136 then 1/137. That schedule came from a tender for insurance; covering transportation of rocket from the factory to various locations.

http://www.zakupki.gov.ru/223/purchase/public/purchase/info/documents.html?noticeId=4888360

There are two contracts for the delivery of three rockets in 2017: №353-С387/16/70 and №353-С365/17/41. The second contract has a document accepting Soyuz-2.1b №У15000-039 has been delivered.

http://www.zakupki.gov.ru/epz/contract/contractCard/common-info.html?reestrNumber=4770238802717000017

Rocket №42/136 has tail number Р15000-036.

http://www.zakupki.gov.ru/epz/contract/contractCard/common-info.html?reestrNumber=4770238802716000052

Contract №353-С387/16/70 was cancelled.

So this must have used Soyuz-2.1b №У15000-039, factory number 2/137?
