There is usually some off to the sides but that's the most I remember seeing on the 'front' side that faces that camera. The ILS guy hesitated a second until it cleared the cloud to say liftoff.
Edit: Seems like they've changed camera positions somewhat the last few launches at site 200/39, that may have something to do with the change.
