  The rumor is probably wrong - Anatoly Zak reports that the slip is caused by a failed overhead crane at the MIK that is required for moving the rocket onto the train transporter.

  Overnight reporting identifies that a substantial fire has caused significant damage to a shopping facility in Baikonur on Wednesday. According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, the blaze took until Thursday morning to fully extinguish. • I don't think, that a fire in a shopping facility may cause the postponement of the launch  .  Baikonur is not only a cosmodrome, it's also a city.
