Roskosmos to become state corporation

Another management shake-up in the Russian space programme : Roskosmos chief Oleg Ostapenko has been relieved of his duties and replaced by ORKK chief Igor Komarov. Roskosmos and ORKK will merge as the Roskosmos State Corporation under the leadership of Komarov.

Centralisation may work for them to some degree, as it did for Rosatom. Not sure if the corruption will actually get worse or not, seems more like a fact of life there.
