Gwynne notes that Dragon should be able to carry 5 crew while still carrying the full cargo that NASA requires. Unclear why that is relevant unless NASA plans to take advantage of that, which would presumably require upping the crew to 8 for an extended period of time...
Follow-up question answered by CCtCAP NASA boss (forgive me, I can't remember her name) mentions possible future missions, longer-duration, larger crew, and that NASA will work with providers to expand mission envelopes in the future. Nothing definite sounding, but this is an area where NASA might choose to take advantage of an expanded crew size in the future.

They said the mic issue is "not us", but I'm pretty sure it is... Those mics are picking up talking from across the stage, they need to drop the pickup a lot...

CST-100 can be used for 10 flights. Dragon 2 is higher.

Boeing: 10 flights per capsule. Will refurbish and refly.
SpaceX: more flights per capsule, also in the plan.

I may have mis-heard, but the answer sounded to me like they're effectively using one of the F9R Dev vehicles that they planned to use for reusability testing, but for that stage it will be the first flight.

Second playback of the CST-100 and Dragon-2 promo vids. Horrible jumpcut on the Dragon-2 vid audio.

I agree with you.
