The Uragan and Uragan-M had numbers like 7xx, and now the Uragan-K are xxL? Or are there two numbering systems for same craft line.

I've seen that people like Gunter have used the n°7xx numbering for Uragan/-M, but have switched to n°xxL for -K1. Is there any authoritative source? I'd really would like to do thread with all those launches, but I find it very difficult if one can't settle on a single numbering system.
Launch date - Number in GLONASS system - Serial number12.10.1982 - 224 - 11L24.04.1987 - 224+225+226 - 30L+31L+32L
Why two numbered 224?
