Gwynne starts at 36:15

"and hopefully in the next few months we'll be landing a stage instead of in the ocean ... we're going to land it on a barge in the near term."  - 53:00

"So we're going to fly humans in late '16 early '17."  - 54:30

"We're going to have another great Christmas party this year.  Be like a small town.  There's going to be like 8,000 of us."  - 55:30  (Sounds like 8,000 attendees, not that they have 8,000 employees.)

Not much hardware info in this talk, it was mostly about the work culture within SpaceX and women's issues vis-a-vis engineering.

That explanation sounds much more likely, thanks! 8000 employees seemed way off...

The crowd seemed to be completely devoid of understanding what SpaceX does.
