Article for the realigned attempts:

(And we hear it could be the 7th now, but let's wait for solid info. This gets weak when it turns into twitter rumors).

I think this is an update only thread, folks.

Please use the discussion threads for questions or other comments that aren't directly an update  (some posts moved to the discussion thread just now)

Now confirmed as September 7 (0050E-0405E) as the unofficial target. It's on L2 range documentation, but SpaceX isn't saying anything yet.

Looking at about an hour or so to rollout, based on the previous - then aborted - launch day.

Vehicle rolled out earlier.

Probably going to be really quiet once that happens, unless there's an issue (which no one wants). Remember to use the discussion and party threads.

And of course, despite the time of launch, we still expect to be very, very busy - because it's SpaceX. As such, you need to be logged in to the forum to access it during the main part for the countdown and through to post launch.

Explained here:

Launch in ~1.5 hours if weather clears. Lightning tower struck earlier, but no effect on rocket or satellite http://t.co/AWdx9LsFZt

Right then folks, should be about five minutes from a webcast and group loop. Then we can cover this as a live event.
