1 июля 2014 года ФГУП «ГНПРКЦ «ЦСКБ-Прогресс» преобразовано в открытое акционерное общество. Реорганизация предприятия проведена в соответствии с Указом Президента РФ от 17 апреля 2012 г. № 457 и распоряжением Правительства РФ от 4 июня 2012 г. № 904-р «О преобразовании федеральных государственных унитарных предприятий «Государственный научно-производственный ракетно-космический центр «ЦСКБ-Прогресс», «Научно-производственное объединение автоматики имени академика Н.А. Семихатова» и «Научно-исследовательский институт командных приборов» в открытые акционерные общества».

100 % акций ОАО «Ракетно-космический центр «Прогресс» находятся в собственности государства в лице Росимущества. В Совет директоров вошли пять человек: начальник управления Роскосмоса М.Н.Хайлов, заместитель начальника управления Роскосмоса О.Ю.Плешаков, заместитель начальника управления Роскосмоса И.К.Новиков, заместитель руководителя ТУ Росимущества в Самарской области О.В.Грицюк и первый заместитель генерального директора – главный инженер С.В.Тюлевин. По условиям приватизации генеральным директором ОАО «РКЦ «Прогресс» назначен Александр Николаевич Кирилин. Первое заседание Совета директоров состоится 2 июля, на нем будет рассмотрен ряд первоочередных организационных документов.

Реорганизация не влечет за собой изменение тематики деятельности предприятия, а также условий труда, оплаты и численности персонала.

ФГУП «Научно-производственное объединение автоматики имени академика Н. А. Семихатова» и ФГУП «Научно-исследовательский институт командных приборов» также преобразованы в открытые акционерные общества, 100 % акций которых находятся в федеральной собственности, с последующим внесением 100 % акций минус одна акция каждого из них в качестве вклада Российской Федерации в уставный капитал ОАО «Ракетно-космический центр «Прогресс». Ориентировочной датой вхождения этих предприятий в качестве дочерних обществ в интегрированную структуру ОАО «РКЦ «Прогресс» является декабрь 2014 года.

В соответствии с п. 2 ст. 8 Указа Президента Российской Федерации № 874 от 02.12.2013 года «О системе управления ракетно-космической отраслью» ОАО «РКЦ «Прогресс» должно войти в состав ОАО «ОРКК» до декабря 2015 года.

Krunichev is to switch names in next quarter too, so by end of next year all russian space industry will have switched to RSC in their names.

All Khrunichev received after the divorce was the Salyut Design Bureau, which was a production design bureau, not a general design bureau. Of course, with enough investment, a production design bureau can accommodate any task.
