As soon as I posted ISRO posted an update....that the launch has been postponed due to a transmitter problem on IRNSS-1D.

Launch of PSLV-C27 with IRNSS-1D postponed
The launch of India’s fourth Navigation Satellite IRNSS-1D onboard PSLV-C27 was originally scheduled for March 09, 2015 from Satish Dhawan Space Centre, Sriharikota. During the integrated electrical checks of Launch Vehicle along with Satellite after the closure of heat shield on March 03, 2015, an anomaly was observed in one of the telemetry transmitters of the Satellite. In order to resolve the technical anomaly through further test, simulation and analysis, the launch of PSLV-C27 with IRNSS-1D has been postponed.

Now the satellite has to be dismounted from the Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle-27 rocket and moved back to its testing location where it will be rectified.

The transmitter from Isro Satellite Centre, located in Bangalore and that is part of Indian Space Research Organisation (Isro), reached SDSC on Sunday.
After mating the satellite with the rocket, a full system check would be carried out and then the rocket launch date would be fixed.

Please tell them to refrain from scheduling the launch between March 25-27 - I don't think Chris and me and others can withstand at least 6 launches in 3 days.
