This is the second Falcon-9 flight in a row that seems to be cursed.
The old hands have been saying all along that it's way more difficult to launch one a month than one a year.
They'll work it out, and they are still learning what they have (having just changed it at any rate).

I had one computer on the webcast and one on the live thread (which I had to manually reload every few seconds). Then I was completely blown away by the gentleman who had it hooked up to surround sound. We should have a thread "What equipment do you use to monitor launches?" We all might get some ideas from what everyone else is doing in that regard.

Any idea why second stage called the abort? after it was called I think I saw some Ice fall off from the second stage.
A bit of ice falling off is not uncommon -- nothing to worry about. And besides: LOTS of ice falls off at launch.

Leak or faulty gauge...later easier to fix. Leak can either be easy or complicated depending the culprit. Am sure they will try to remedy it for possible launch tomorrow. but it's not a given.

**Forum choked twice when I tried to view, got a 502 Bad Gateway error**
Yep. We got hammered when they called the abort. I pulled Guests, as procedure. Will be fine shortly.
And it was.
Guests now back on, but tomorrow I'm going to turn guests off much earlier.

Right, so we'll have our ears to the ground to see if they are going to be able to have a second attempt today.
Back from work in a few hours, but have my iPotato with me if we hear anything concrete. I won't hold it in L2 if that's where we hear it.....I know people have plans and such.
In the event of a second attempt, I'll start a new thread.

I don't recall a launch where it was so hard to confirm whether there was an attempt being made the next day.
Regarding the cursed theme, I don't think it seems cursed, seems kind of normal: Launch vehicle, ground support equipment (some of which is trying to work in unbelievably cold temps), payload, weather, range. There are so many things in the series chain of events that can hold up a launch.
No question SpaceX is still on a learning curve, but I think the diversity of 4 operational pads in 3 different ranges will mostly relieve that.
