This is from an article about Angara. That photo shows Angara in the front but it is not why I am posting.

What's that thing in the background? Has the winged booster really been built? I thought it only exists as a design.

It looks like it's the same old mock-up we've seen before.

Here's another image of the same item from another vantage point that shows the whole thing.  Note the same number under the wing, 00101:
