• I wonder if this one might be broadcast live on the Venezuelan state channels - I still remember seeing the late Hugo Chavez during the VRSS-1 launch and the Maduro (ahem) did made an official statement on this sat a few days ago so maybe?

  there was an error in the messsage. the launch personnel do not need to stand down.
