Now that Discovery is back on the ground and in OPF-3 again to begin processing for STS-116, I want to know what early information there is on the ET-119 LH2 tank pre-press cycles during the July 4 launch countdown.

Chris wrote in this thread: http://forum.nasaspaceflight.com/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=3132&start=241 that pre-press cycles was one cycle away from a scrub.

What is the thought on this? GSE propblem or ET problem? And can they fix it in time for STS-115 launch in late August?
