Note that ILS seems to have given up hosting their own live coverage, so just go for the Roscosmos' one:

Correct me if I'm wrong--did ILS host live coverage in years past for the Federal scientific/civilian/semi-civilian Proton launches?
There's only one ILS Proton launch this year. The rest are Roscosmos.

ILS did broadcast in the past when it was a US company. ILS is no longer owned by Khrunichev which was forced to give up ownership under order from Bankruptcy protection reorganization courts. Roscosmos commercial arm Glavkosmos manages ILS although Roscosmos owns it. In exchange ILS now markets all current Russian launchers in the "West" via their old US HQ campus.
