My bad, range work is through to the 20th...

Latest note in doesn't have a launch date yet. SpaceX haven't responded to my question on a potential date at this time.

This should be in the update thread, so I'll copy over. This isn't party food! ;)

So, if SpaceX launches Thaicom-6 this year, in less than 30 days turnaround since SES-8 (Dec 3rd), it would be 'quick recipe pad thai'?  ::)

They'd better find that reverse -  relying on it for RTLS landings!

Is there some issue for the lack of a published launch date?  I admit I've gotten used to SpaceX releasing their dates rather soon after successful missions.

I keep saying it, but it's not sinking in.

They do not have a launch date until they get range approval. As far as target dates, that's up to SpaceX if they want to promote such things, publicly.

Yeah I am an über excited SpaceX fan but I am not overly concerned about when the next launch is right now. SpaceX had 3 great launches more than any other year so far if they get 4 with Thaicom-6, awesome, if not we might have a crazy 2014, either way going to be great. I am sure Chris and the insiders will bust at the seams with information once something real pops out.

That's cause you don't have beer bet on it. Failing ISS coolant loops threatening to derail Antares/Cygnus is great news, but it's worthless if SpaceX isn't even pushing for a 2013 launch.

What? You are happy that ISS has problems and may cause Antares launch delays?

And I thought Jim was negative.

Personally I would love to see them fix the ISS and both launches proceed  in the near future...
