This should be a lesson for most of us to chill out a bit. The absence of notification of an event is not evidence that the event did not occur. :)

But don't extraordinary claims require extraordinary ... ? Oh nevermind.  ;D

Taking far too long to tweet an one-liner. Spacecraft sep should have been already over ten minutes ago.

Don't think everything went nominally  :-[

Yeah, they even tell the Merlin engines to chill.

Well, rumor is they are going to turn the difficulty dial to 11 next time around with some 1st stage post-separation acrobatics.

Plus maybe showing some legs.

Should be decisively not boring.

I'm going to stick my neck out and say that the couple of people who voted for only 1 SpaceX launch this year are going to be disappointed :)

You know, Molly talking about Falcon heavy was a bit agonizing, I kept expecting she was about to reveal the date of the test flight or something...

Yeah, I admit that I sat up straighter when she mentioned FH.

Wow
Congratulations to SpaceX
And Congrats to NSF, Chris.
But it is getting TOO routine!  No hardware was shown until a few hours before launch.
You really know you're an NSF nerd where you see Chris' roster post and see your name and a few others you consider friends. ;)

That launch!  It was BEAUTIFUL!  Well done SpaceX!!!

And of course another spectacular job by NSF and especially Chris!

...I'm all tongue Thai'd!

Now for the big question- is it time for Elon to show a little leg?

I love how they say MECO-"1". Can't wait for them to start broadcasting the next 2 MECO events as well as Legs Deploying...Confirm Legs Deployed...1st Stage Touchdown etc...(Not in that order)

I watched it at work, then had to stay late to finish up the work I didn't get done while I was watching it.

Didn't mind a bit.   8)

You mean that perky blonde lady? Maybe they needed her for engineering-related stuff.

I'm just glad that Mr Bartles & James is still there as MC.  ;)

Actually she's in Mission Management now.
If I like something on NSF, it's probably because I know it to be accurate.  Every once in a while, it's just something I agree with.  Facts generally receive the former.

I would like to hear the word "Engage". It may be a while.
Congrats to the whole SpaceX team. You are doing a great job.

I was hoping for an abort due to capped internet until tomorrow.

I'll have to watch the replay later. I'm just happy that everything went well.

This was the first launch I watched with live stream going straight to my big HD TV... Which means my other half is a SpaceX fan too :D Never watching a launch on my laptop again...

Congratulations to SpaceX for the successful launch!  I couldn't watch it live as I was at work, not on break or lunch, or at home.  I'm hoping that an upcoming change to my work arrangements will remedy this.  In the meantime I'm rooting for Orbital tomorrow.
I'll even excitedly look forward to "flags and footprints" and suborbital missions. Just fly...somewhere.

Well, that was easy. Sooooo... Lurker Steve, 'bout that beer.

I bet he's cursing the ISS pump issue right about now.  Orb-1 could have beaten Thaicom-6 if that hadn't happened.
