I think they will wait until tomorrow. Not enough time for engineering team to analyse data to give a proper decision today.

Offline Chris Bergin

Clock recycled. Still waiting to hear if they can reattempt.

It never lifted off, hence it was a T minus time. Plus count only starts once the vehicle is in flight.

Not for SpaceX - T=0 is MEI and lift-off occurs at T+3s

Launch aborted by autosequence due to slower than expected thrust ramp. Seems ok on closer inspection. Cycling countdown.

No. Jim is right.

Funny, that's not the way it's been for every single Falcon-9 launch I've seen to date.

Now, I'm willing to accept that the real MET starts at lift-off, but the clock shows T+0:00:03 at launch.

[edit]
But this is a pointless argument for the General Discussion thread. Back to the live coverage.

Good work there.

And I know a lot of people aren't at their home PCs today, but if anyone is able to take screenshots (JPG), please add them during the business end of the count and launch/ascent to compliment my own, otherwise it'll be a bit of a struggle if it's just me :)

For those wondering at what T count ignition occurs on F9, look at the timestamps directly from the camera in the lower left.

I'm obessed with her venting, but it's nominal.

Thanks to Oersted (and NSF) for that--I thought I saw TEB green and turbines spinning.  Sounds as though they're going for it again (good comms this time btw)--all the more amazing considering they doused the entire aft with water.
Is there enough water in the deluge tank for another try/is the tank plumbed?

Chris, so the count needs to start no later than 25 min after the hour to make the window?
It's Tony De La Rosa, ...I don't create this stuff, I just report it.

They just finished topping a short bit ago. That was announced on the net that Rainbird topping complete.

Wow. Orbital retweet someone saying "we should find out in a few minutes whether such an abort is genius or folly."

Not very clever.
